A member of the Clearstream Technology Group of companies, Deeplake was originally established in 2002 as a highly succesful SAP consulting practice, working with Partners such as KPMG Atos Origin to provide business process improvement through software.

In 2004, Deeplake began a research project with the National Housing Federation looking at using software to streamline business processes and improve customer service. The result was CMGR, a web based application that integrated with existing Housing Management Systems and allowed 2-way SMS communication for a variety of tenant transactions. This developed to the current release CMGR V4 - a full Microsoft .NET/SQL application bringing new levels of functionality and usability.
Today Deeplake is well established in the Housing Market Market with customers including London and Quadrant, Flagship Housing, Peddars Way, United Welsh, Richmond Housing, Whitefriars and many others. We also work with prestigious clients in the commercial sector such as National Brittania, Konecranes Service and Galliard Homes.
Viewserve and VoIP
In addition to our CMGR application, Deeplake offers an IT server management solution (Viewserve) with customers such as DMC Software - one of the largest Sage Resellers in the UK, and VoIP solutions using the Microsoft server-based telephony software - Swyx.
