COMMUNICATE 2008 - Wales at RCT Homes
The first of the COMMUNICATE 2008 seminars was voted an outstanding success with delegates from Linc Cymru, Bron Afon, Valleys to Coast, Rhondda Housing, Monmouthshire Housing, Wales and West, Community Housing Cymru and Cynon Taf. We were also joined by consulting partner Sovereign IT Services and by MET of Birmingham.
Housing Technology publisher George Grant provided a stimulating session on the issues affecting IT in HA's today, and we are extremely grateful to Tracy Williams IT DIrector of United Welsh Housing Association who presented the successful United Welsh experience of implementing SMS communications using CMGR. Leeds Federated joins CMGR Community
We are delighted that Leeds Federated has chosen CMGR as a strategic SMS platform. Key criteria included use of automated repairs appointment reminders with workflow and the portability of any SMS numbers used in future.
Medina Housing joins CMGR Community
We are delighted to welcome Medina Housing in June to CMGR Housing Association Community. Medina operates on the Isle of Wight and aims to provide excellent housing services, support and assistance to local households. Deeplake at the Chartered Institute of Housing Conference in Harrogate

London & Quadrant joins CMGR Community
In one of the largest Housing Associations in the UK CMGR has been chosen to enable SMS workflow functionality in L&Q's highly functional Housing Management Systems, developed in house by L&Q. CMGR was integrated and operational with weeks for a recent cnference and Deeplake are deighted to partner with London & Quadrant in this project.
CMGR Version 5 Pre-Release Update
Deeplake announces CMGR Version 5 is scheudles for later summer release. CMGR Version 5 features awaiting updates such as wider Microsoft Outlook integration, visual workflow editor (VWE) and Microsoft Vista style interface.
UK Seminar Series Launches
On 17th July 2008 the first of a series of ten UK-wide seminars begins in Pontypridd South Wales hosted by RCT Homes. Sessions are planned thoguhout the summer to see CMGR (including Version 5 Pre-Release) with guest speakers discussing the challenges of IT in Housing today.
