Core Communications
This is the core of CMGR and a mandatory component. Core Communications includes the ability to configure Workflows (linked inbound and outbound messages with associated rules), Events Processing (Scheduling messages and automatic message execution), Inbound and Outbound events (for remote applications such as Tenant Rent Balance enquiries via SMS), Integration API’s, Import/Export functions , Unlimited User Accounts.
The Call Centre toolkit includes SMS “Chat” function to send a receive SMS from a desktop application or Microsoft Outlook. Call Centre includes SMS text conferencing, Meetings arranging and Newswire functions.
The Surveys module is a full featured application using SMS text or email and provides a full range of user definable demographic population analysis and flexible selection of survey participants. Surveys can be regular perpetual surveys or one-off ad-hoc surveys, or can be triggered from standard events. A typical example is to trigger a repairs survey question following a series of repairs reminders.
