Deeplake provide a hosted version of CMGR, operated on a resilient infrastructure across the Web from our London Docklands Data Centre facility. This CMGR deployment is preconfigured and available 24 x 7 with a 99.97% Availability Service Level Agreement between normal business hours.

The Managed Service is available with a fixed thirty six month contract, and start-up costs vary depending on integration requirements. Deployment is normally provided within seven days of order, and data can be transferred to your own in-house system at a later date.

The CMGR Managed Service is priced as a base monthly plus increments for the number of properties under management. One thousand properties is included in the base module.

The hosted version of CMGR is designed for circumstances where: 

• Project timescales are very tight and server deployment and configuration is not possible prior to go-live.
• The customer does not wish to manage the CMGR platform in-house.
• There are inadequate power/space/support facilities’ for successful in-house deployment.
