Deeplake chosen by Halton Housing

Deeplake are delighted to have selected by Halton Housing to provide the CMGR automated SMS platform to assist with Tenant Communications.


Assisting with key areas such as Income Management, Estate Management, Repairs Management and Gas Servicing CMGR provides a new a highly effective method of builing stronger relationships and having faster and more frequent contact with Tenants.
Halton Housing Trust is a Housing Association that owns and manages 6,200 homes in the Cheshire towns of Widnes and Runcorn, formed in December 2005 following the transfer of homes from Halton Borough Council.

Halton provide affordable homesfor people who do not have the means to buy or rent privately, help the homeless and provide support to older and disabled people - helping them live independently in their own home.

Halton is a not-for-profit housing association (RSL) regulated bythe Tenant Services Authority.
