Synergy Housing Choose Deeplake CMGR
Deeplake are delighted to announce Synergy Housing have chosen Deeplake CMGR to improve communication with tenants, employees and contractors. To be deployed across a range of departments including Rents, Repairs, Customer Service and Tenants Services CMGR will reduce costs and speed up common communications. Deeplake are working in partnership with Integration Partner Capita to provide an integrated solution.
Synergy Housing Group Ltd (SHGL) was registered as a new non stock holding company in May 2004. It is the parent within a group structure comprising:
- East Dorset Housing Association (EDHA), a 20 year old stock transfer association which owns approximately 3,400 units.
- Purbeck Housing Trust (PHT), a stock transfer association which transferred in 2004 and currently owns around 1,750 homes.
- Weymouth and Portland Housing (WPH), a stock transfer association which transferred in 2000 and owns approximately 3,300 units. The association joined Synergy in April 2006.
- Zebra Property Solutions (ZPSL), an unregistered subsidiary set up as a commercial company in 2009.
