This course is designed for Advanced Users of a Communication Manager installation. It covers advanced configuration tasks and development of workflows. The course is workshop based and at the end of the course delegates will be able to create their own simple workflows with Message and text resources and use these to create Remote Commands and Triggered Workflows.It is recommended that delegates have previously attended the Communications Manager Administration course and have experience of using Communications Manager.
Duration: 2 Days
At the end of the course:
- Delegates will be able to produce reports using store results and result types.
- Create workflows.
- Trouble process workflow errors.
- Create Remote Commands and Triggered Workflows.
