Deeplake And the Tenant Services Authority at CIH Harrogate 2009

At the Harrogate CIH Conference the Tenant Service Authority uses Deeplake Communications Manager to carry out SMS and email tenant surveys as part of the National Conversation. Sue Levell - Tenant Councillor for Bournemouth Council who was selected from the survey responants accepted an iPhone from Phil Morgan - Director of Tenant Services at the TSA and Mark Fulton of Deeplake.
