Deeplake and the National Housing Federation

Deeplake strongly support the National Housing Federation, first working together with our consultants in 2005. The NHF use CMGR at a number of conferences to provide delegate information and carry out surveys.

A joint Research project with the NHF into the use of SMS in Social Housing highlighted the potential for many £m's in potential savings and Deeplake presented the results of the 9 month study at the NHF Board Members Conference that year which was well received.

The results were incorporated in our then unique tenants communication technology CMGR V3, which has now developed to CMGR V5 and is the most widely adopted intelligent two-way SMS platform in Social Husing, and now deployed in Local Authorities too.
