Tenant Services Authority and Texting

The TSA use CMGR for SMS Text surveys and competitions. At Harrogate 2009, as part of the National Conversation, a number of lucky tenants won Apple iPhones donated by Deeplake for responding to the Harrogate Survey.

CMGR will be in action again at Harrogate 2010, helping to gather tenant and delgate feedback in an intuitive, convenient and user-friendly way.
