This course introduces the workflow designer and how to create and troubleshoot Process workflows.

Atthe end of the course delegates will be able to create their own simpleworkflows with Message and Reply sets and use these to create RemoteCommands and Triggered Workflows.

It is recommended thatdelegates have previously attended the Communications ManagerAdministration course and have several weeks experience of usingCommunications Manager.
