Thiscourse prepares developers for extending the workflow integrationfeatures of Communications Manager using scripting and dataintegration.

Delegates will be introduced to the architectureand file and API interfaces of Communications Manager and will build anumber of simple workflow extensions using scripting tools. It isrecommended that delegates have experience of developing software inJAVA/C+/C++/C# and/or .NET tools.

The Communications Manager Advanced Administration Course is a pre-requisite for this course.
