Thiscourse extends developers knowledge of the workflow integrationfeatures of Communications Manager using scripting and dataintegration.

Delegates must have previously completed theCommunications Manager 1 course and will bring some examples ofapplication links they wish to create. The course is a practical, highlevel, hands-on course and it is recommended that delegates haveexperience of developing software in JAVA/C+/C++/C# and/or .NET tools.

The Communications Manager Developer 1 Course is a pre-requisite for this course.
