API Interfaces

Communications Manager was designed from the outset to integrate with your applications and databases, allowing you to use your current data in automated and ad-hoc communications with tenants, contractors and employees.

CMGR offers comprehensive API’s (Application Programming Interfaces) to allow other software applications to use the communication features directly. This is often used by our Partners to create close integration for standard processes such as creating a Rent Arrears letter 1 message automatically.
 
The API’s are well documented and available to any customer wishing to develop close integration with their Housing Applications, and other in-house systems.
