Data & Event Adapter

To simplify integration where full API development is not required, our Data and Event Adaptor (DEA) sits beside CMGR and provides access to the data in your Housing Applications for sending messages. The DEA is configurable and maps CMGR to your existing tenant data, keeping the tenant data in step at the desired frequency (daily, hourly etc.).
 
Once configured, which is a simple process for most applications, CMGR becomes self maintaining, and remains synchronised with your main tenant data. There is no need for time consuming data transfers or manual intervention.
 
We can also trigger workflows based on specific data conditions using DEA. If you wish an automatic Rent Arrears process to begin once a tenant is in arrears (or perhaps with some additional rules which consider past payment performance too) then this can be configured once in the DEA, and automatically processes.
 
Initial integration takes one or two days to link CMGR to your applications, making CMGR rapid and reliable to implement.
