Communications Manager (CMGR) offers the ability to fully script and automate common communications, such as Surveys, Rent Balance Enquiries and Repairs Reminders. But we have over 100 other proven transactions in use by our customers. Every transaction deployed saves the cost of a letter or phone call, giving CMGR the fastest return on investment. CMGR also allows Tenants and field workings to enquire on any data via a simple SMS command, which can dramatically enhance out-of-hours repairs and tenant services.

 
CMGR is deployed with the most common transactions pre-defined, but only CMGR offers the flexibility to change or add transactions instantly. With CMGR there is no hidden and costly “black-box” programming as all configuration is open, simple, and graphical.
