Message Manager

For ease of use, the Message Manager Client sits on the Windows Task Bar and provides access to the most common user features of CMGR. A single right click gives access to select a tenant (or group of tenants) from the Housing Database and send either a standard or ad-hoc message. Common messages can be stored for repeated use, and common reports or Survey analysis can be viewed.
 
Message Manager requires just a few minutes of training, but still offers all the power of CMGR’s audit logs, message filtering, multi-language messaging and reporting. Message Manager is the simplest and most powerful way to send a personalised message to hundreds or thousands of tenants, with just a few mouse clicks.
 
Message Manager gives simple access to SMS messaging for the desktop regardless of email client and is perfect for Lotus Notes and GroupWise users. Once signed into CMGR first time, your credentials can be saved to automatically log in next time, subject to successful Windows login.
